Royal LePage awarded Joe Ungaro with membership in the National Chairman's Club, an honour reserved for the top 1% of the eleven thousand producers in Canada. He has also placed within the "Top Ten" Realtors in British Columbia. That says it all. Ungaro gets results.

A graduate of Immaculata High School in Kelowna, Joe went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC in Urban Land and Economics. Twenty-five years have passed and he is in the top of his game; a seasoned veteran in a complex business where simple answers are his specialty.

His pathway to the present has included co-ownership of Hoover Realty Ltd. and regional management for that group in the Thompson-Okanagan area. Professional affiliations over the years have been the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, the B.C and Canadian Real Estate Associations and the Real Estate Institute of B.C. Joe served on the Canadian Home Builders executive for three years and specializes in development property and new home sales. He has recent experience with investor syndication, representing a group of professionals investing into commercial and residential real estate.

Joe enjoys working with people and it shows in the relationships he has developed with his clients. The complexities of solving clients’ needs are the challenge to Joe Ungaro who has a track record of acting successfully on behalf of his clients.

Joe served for three years on the "Join the Spirit Fundraising Campaign Cabinet", a $2,000,000.00 project that built the Immaculata Regional High School. He was also as a member of the school board, in a place close to his roots.
